Background:

Embedded ring injuries are uncommon, typically seen in adults with specific psychosocial factors.
Ischemia has not been previously documented in cases of embedded ring injuries.

Observation:

A 16-year-old female presented with completely embedded ring in the right index finger and partially embedded in the left ring finger.
Surgical exploration of the right index finger revealed an intact vessel on the outer aspect of the embedded ring.

Findings:

The case presents a rare occurrence of embedded ring injury in a pediatric patient.
Intact vasculature despite complete ring embedment suggests potential revascularization mechanisms.
