Association between lncrna PCGEM1 polymorphisms and prostate cancer risk

Genetic variations in the PCGEM1 gene, a long noncoding RNA, were investigated for their association with prostate cancer (PCa) risk in Chinese men. Specific PCGEM1 polymorphisms were found to decrease PCa risk, while combined risk alleles increased it, particularly in certain subgroups.
