Mechanisms of classical migraine: new insights from radiology

The relative importance of vascular vs neurological mechanisms in the pathogenesis of classical migraine remains unresolved. This article examines the current radiological evidence and discusses the possible future contributions of radiological imaging techniques in elucidating this puzzling clinical entity.
