Home-based balance training using the Wii balance board: a randomized, crossover pilot study in multiple sclerosis

Home-based balance rehabilitation using the Nintendo Wii Balance Board System (WBBS) significantly improved balance in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients. While effective, potential risks of injury require careful consideration alongside benefits.
