  • Retrospective clinicopathological analysis of 62 EBTB patients (1999-2010).

  • Doctor's delay (55%) significantly contributed more to total diagnostic delay than patient's delay (28%).
  • Patients with long doctor's delays were less likely to present with fever and more likely to have lower lung field shadows on radiographs.
