[The informal aspect or how to construct the relationship with others]
1Cadre de santé en psychiatrie adulte, établissement public de santé mentale Morbihan, Saint-Avé, France. stephane.tregouet@sfr.fr
Abstract:
The informal aspect is very present in day-to-day nursing. It is essential to consider it by articulating theory and practice in order to create symbolism and to give meaning to our acts. The nurse must therefore adopt a clinical position characterised as a containing function, which wavers between the mothering function and the fathering function. In this framework, the informal aspect is a non-negligible element.
