Abstract:
Providing a space to come together with the patient is part of the nursing strategy. Sport can represent an opportunity to create a relationship of understanding. Sometimes, the symptomatology persists and catches up with the present moment, but the shared physical activity always enables the people involved to push themselves and remains a rewarding experience. This article presents the personal account of a caregiver.

Equivalent Couples
Two couples are considered to be equivalent if they produce the same rotational effect on a rigid body. In other words, the two couples have the same magnitude and act in the same direction, causing the same angular displacement or acceleration in the body.
For instance, consider two couples lying in the plane of the page, with one having a pair of equal...
Spin–Spin Coupling: Two-Bond Coupling (Geminal Coupling)
The central atom need not be NMR-active because its electrons are affected by the electron polarization of the spin-active atoms. However, spin information is transmitted less effectively than in one-bond coupling, and 2J values are usually weaker than 1J values. The energy of...

A typical example to understand this concept is tightening a bolt with a lug wrench. A force...
Spin–Spin Coupling: Three-Bond Coupling (Vicinal Coupling)
The extent of coupling depends on the C‑C bond length, the two H‑C‑C angles, any electron-withdrawing substituents, and the dihedral angle between the involved orbitals. The...
