Multiphase computed tomography of malignant kidney tumors: radiologic-pathologic comparison

Multiphase spiral computed tomography (CT) effectively detects and characterizes malignant renal tumors. While accurate for most local extensions, CT shows limitations in identifying main renal vein invasion.
