This study found that simultaneous integrated boost (SIB) radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery for early-stage breast cancer offers excellent cosmetic outcomes with minimal late toxicity. The SIB technique is well-tolerated and convenient for patients, reducing overall treatment time.
