Antibodies targeting voltage-gated potassium channel (VGKC)-complexes, particularly LGI-1 and CASPR-2, are linked to neurological disorders like limbic encephalitis and Morvan's syndrome. These VGKC-complex antibodies are also associated with chronic pain and some neurodegenerative diseases.
