Human exposure to mycotoxins in Egypt.

Egyptian infants are exposed to harmful mycotoxins through breast milk. Aflatoxin M1 (AfM1) and ochratoxin A (OA) were detected in human milk, with OA intake exceeding safe limits for infants.
