Summary

Three new scorpion peptides, Pantinin-1, -2, and -3, show strong antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria and fungi. Pantinin-3 effectively inhibits vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus (VRE), offering potential for new antibiotic development.
