Abstract:
A case of occlusion of basilar artery in a boy aged 7 years was reported. Compared with CT, MR imaging was more valuable for the early diagnosis of this disease. SPECT with IMP was thought to be useful in evaluating cerebellar circulation. ABR revealed brain stem abnormalities that could not be detected by neuroradiological techniques.
