Can discoblock replace discography for identifying painful degenerated discs?

Discoblock is a valuable tool for surgical decisions in patients with idiopathic degenerated discs (IDD). It correlates with pain evoked by provocative discography and the presence of Modic changes, offering an alternative assessment method.
