A Danish population-based twin study on autism spectrum disorders

This study investigated genetic factors in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) using Danish twins. High concordance in identical twins (monozygotic) and low concordance in fraternal twins (dizygotic) strongly suggest a genetic basis for ASDs.
