How useful is MRI in diagnosing isolated bundle ACL injuries?

Isolated anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) bundle tears are rare in patients undergoing reconstruction. While MRI accurately predicts ACL bundle injuries, early MRI scans may reduce accuracy for posterolateral bundle tears.
