Recurrent/Persistent Pneumonia among Children in Upper Egypt

Recurrent pneumonia affects approximately 9.2% of children diagnosed with pneumonia in Upper Egypt. Aspiration syndrome and pulmonary tuberculosis were the most common underlying causes identified in this pediatric population.
