Titanium miniplates offer a viable alternative for total nasal reconstruction, providing comparable functional and aesthetic outcomes to traditional bone grafts. This method simplifies the procedure and reduces donor site morbidity.

  • Aesthetic results showed improvement from 1 month to 3 years, with patient scores higher than medical team scores.
