Summary

Neurotrophins (NTs) like nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) play a key role in bladder function and dysfunction. Targeting these NTs shows promise for treating conditions like overactive bladder (OAB) and bladder pain syndrome (BPS/IC).
