  • Class II and Class III elastics were utilized to address the sagittal discrepancies.

Implications:

  • Asymmetric mechanics can effectively resolve complex malocclusions, including deep bites and canted occlusal planes.
  • This case highlights a viable treatment protocol for managing severe dental asymmetries and sagittal discrepancies.
  • The findings contribute to the understanding of advanced orthodontic techniques for challenging malocclusion cases.
