PNET/Ewing's sarcoma of the kidney: imaging findings in two cases

Computed tomography (CT) imaging reveals primary renal primitive neuroectodermal tumors (PNET)/Ewing's sarcoma often present as large, heterogeneous renal masses. This is crucial for diagnosing adolescents and young adults with similar presentations.
