SOCS1 prevents graft arteriosclerosis by preserving endothelial cell function

Suppressor of cytokine signaling 1 (SOCS1) protects against graft arteriosclerosis (GA) by maintaining endothelial function and reducing inflammatory cell adhesion. This finding is crucial for preventing late cardiac allograft failure.
