  • Assessment of vascular pedicle length and caliber for microsurgical anastomosis.

    Conclusions:

    • Potential advantages include reliable anatomy, minimal donor site morbidity, and improved functional restoration.
    • This one-stage procedure may offer a greater degree of thumb opposition and function.
