Background:

A 20-year-old female presented with significant dissatisfaction regarding her facial appearance and smile.
Examination revealed Angle Class II Division 1 malocclusion, generalized anterior spacing, a retained deciduous canine, and a malposed permanent canine.
Radiographic findings showed an impacted permanent canine and third molar.

Purpose of the Study:

To present a multidisciplinary treatment approach for a complex dental anomaly.
To restore function and enhance aesthetics in a patient with malocclusion and missing teeth.

Main Methods:

Orthodontic correction of the malocclusion.
Extraction of the retained deciduous canine and impacted permanent canine.
Restoration of the missing canine with an all-ceramic three-unit zirconia bridge, including crown lengthening and diode laser contouring for ovate pontic placement.

Main Results:

Successful orthodontic correction of the Angle Class II Division 1 malocclusion.
Functional and aesthetic restoration of the missing canine with a zirconia bridge.
Significant improvement in the patient's smile, facial aesthetics, and self-confidence.

Conclusions:

A multidisciplinary approach combining orthodontics and prosthodontics is effective for managing complex dental anomalies.
Restorative treatment significantly enhanced patient satisfaction, aesthetics, and self-confidence.
