Dermal grafts reduced to 60.3% of initial thickness by 12 months, maintaining nasal dorsum height.
Most patients (83%) achieved consistent cosmetic results; 17% experienced minor absorption issues or contour irregularities.
No serious complications like infection, extrusion, or rejection occurred.

Conclusions:

Folded pure dermal grafts are a useful option for augmentation rhinoplasty.
This technique benefits patients avoiding artificial implants or seeking revision of previous implant surgeries.
It offers a natural aesthetic outcome, particularly for cases with thin skin from prior implant use.
