    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the impact of a flipped classroom with innovative activities on nursing students' academic success.
    • To compare the flipped classroom approach with traditional lecture-only and lecture-capture methods.
    • To assess nursing students' satisfaction levels with different learning approaches.

    Main Methods:

    • A quasi-experimental design compared three learning groups: lecture only (LO), lecture with lecture capture (LLC), and flipped classroom with innovative activities (LCI).
    • Examination scores and student satisfaction were measured as outcomes.
    • Statistical analysis was used to determine significant differences between groups.

    Main Results:

    • The flipped classroom (LCI) group achieved significantly higher examination scores (M = 81.89) than both the LLC (M = 80.70) and LO (M = 79.79) groups.

    • While academic performance improved, student satisfaction did not necessarily increase with the flipped classroom model.

    Conclusions:

    • Integrating innovative teaching technologies and interactive activities in a flipped classroom can enhance nursing students' academic performance.
    • The flipped classroom model may not inherently lead to increased student satisfaction.
    • Further research is needed to balance pedagogical innovation with student engagement and satisfaction in nursing education.
