Summary

Supine bicycle stress echocardiography (sBEE) reliably measures right ventricular (RV) function during exercise. Tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion and systolic velocity are accurate indicators for assessing RV response in patients with dyspnea or suspected pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
