Laparoendoscopic single-site (LESS) pyeloplasty combined with pyelolithotomy is a safe and effective treatment for pelviureteric junction obstruction (PUJO) and kidney stones. This minimally invasive approach offers good cosmetic outcomes and symptom resolution.
