Nephrolithotomy performed concurrently with laparoendoscopic single-site pyeloplasty

Background:

• Pelviureteric junction obstruction (PUJO) and concurrent renal stones present a surgical challenge.

Purpose of the Study:

• To evaluate the efficacy and safety of concurrent laparoendoscopic single-site (LESS) pyeloplasty and pyelolithotomy.
• To assess the outcomes in patients with PUJO and coexisting renal calculi.
