This article examines numerous general questions and possible responses that will be of special interest for those doctors interviewing for an administrative position. These queries will be presented under the topic headings of why do you want to change jobs, what are your strong and weak points, what are your credentials to do this job well, and what are your career objectives. However, some of these questions and answers will also be helpful to those physicians seeking a clinical job.
