Summary

We developed the ULtiMATE system for fast, precise, and cost-effective assembly of TALE (Transcription Activator-Like Effector) constructs. This method enables efficient production of functional TALENs (TAL-effector nucleases) and TALE-transcription activators for genome editing applications.
