Amino ozonides exhibit in vitro activity against Echinococcus multilocularis metacestodes

Synthetic ozonides show promise against Echinococcus multilocularis metacestodes in vitro. These compounds, particularly OZ401, OZ455, and OZ491, effectively killed parasites with low toxicity to mammalian cells, warranting further investigation.
