[Circulating IgG-containing immune complexes in malignant growth]

The data from literature on detection and characteristics of circulating immune complexes in malignancy are analyzed. Special attention is paid to determination of immune complex components which contain tumour-associated antigens and anti-tumour antibodies. Prospects of application of the identified components of immune complexes in immune diagnostics and immune therapy of malignancy are discussed.
