This case study details Dupuytren

Background:

Dupuytren's contractures (also known as palmar fibromatosis) and bilateral trigger finger (stenosing tenosynovitis) are common hand disorders.
Both conditions can lead to hand deformity and loss of function.

Observation:

Case studies present Dupuytren's contractures and bilateral trigger finger.
Discussion includes interventions such as injections and surgical repair for both conditions.

Findings:

Dupuytren's disease involves progressive connective tissue contracture, causing hand deformity.
Trigger finger results from flexor tendon sheath inflammation and hypertrophy, restricting motion and causing pain.
