Hyperbaric oxygen for blast-related postconcussion syndrome: three-month outcomes.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy did not show efficacy in treating postconcussion syndrome (PCS) in military combatants after mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). This randomized controlled trial found no significant improvements in symptoms or secondary outcomes over three months.
