Giant cystic intraventricular cerebral cavernous malformation: MRI with pathologic correlation. A case report

This case report highlights a rare, giant cystic cerebral cavernous malformation (CCM) in a young adult. Such lesions should be considered in the differential diagnosis of intraventricular cystic abnormalities.
