Summary

Glaucoma patients with single-hemifield vision loss show reduced retinal blood flow (RBF) in the affected hemisphere. This reduced RBF correlates with thinner retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) and ganglion cell complex (GCC) in glaucoma.
