Blood microvesicles during chronic lymphoproliferative diseases.

Summary

Patients with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia and indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma exhibit significantly higher levels of B-cell microvesicles. CD20-positive microvesicle levels correlate with CD20-positive lymphocyte counts in these patients.
