Membranous nephropathy with acquired factor V inhibitor: a case report

Acquired factor V inhibitors, a rare bleeding disorder, may contribute to the development of membranous nephropathy, a common cause of nephrotic syndrome. Steroid treatment improved both conditions in a patient case.
