Keratoacanthoma clinical behavior: a systematic review

Keratoacanthomas (KAs) are benign epidermal growths, not malignant squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). A review of 445 KA cases found no deaths or distant metastases, unlike SCC skin cancer.
