Intraluminal negative pressure wound therapy for optimizing pharyngeal reconstruction

Negative pressure dressings (NPDs) show promise in improving pharyngeal reconstruction outcomes. This study found intraluminal NPDs to be a safe and feasible adjuvant therapy for high-risk patients, achieving high closure rates.
