Background:

Ameloblastic carcinoma is the malignant counterpart of ameloblastoma, necessitating a more aggressive surgical approach.
Limited documented cases hinder understanding of ameloblastic carcinoma's biologic activity and behavior.
Accurate diagnosis and treatment planning are crucial for managing this rare malignancy.

Observation:

A rare case of ameloblastic carcinoma in a 44-year-old female is presented.
The tumor presented as a large lesion involving the entire mandible, from the left ramus to the right ramus.
Unique histopathologic features and aggressive clinical behavior were observed.

Findings:

The ameloblastic carcinoma exhibited distinct histopathologic characteristics.
