Retroperitoneal bronchogenic cyst: MRI findings

A rare retroperitoneal bronchogenic cyst was diagnosed in a 36-year-old female presenting with abdominal symptoms. Surgical removal confirmed the diagnosis of this extremely uncommon retroperitoneal mass.
