Cholinergic innervation of human mesenteric lymphatic vessels

Cholinergic nerve fibers in human mesenteric lymphatic vessels were investigated using staining and biochemical assays. Results indicate few cholinergic nerves, suggesting minimal direct impact on mesenteric artery adrenergic nerve function.
