  • Prospective study of 119 patients undergoing septorhinoplasty for nasal obstruction (March 2011-June 2012).
  • Pre- and postoperative rhinomanometry measurements were compared with validated patient questionnaires.
  • 90 patients with complete data were included in the final analysis.

Main Results:

  • 98.9% of patients reported significant subjective improvement in nasal function.
  • 95.6% of patients demonstrated significant objective improvement via rhinomanometry.
  • 94.4% of patients showed statistically significant improvement in both subjective and objective measures, with a noted correlation.
