Abstract:
We describe our approach to the Ross procedure, using a full root replacement technique including support of the proximal suture line and pulmonary autograft designed to reduce the incidence of late autograft dilatation and insufficiency. We summarise our results in 461 patients, and provide a brief overview of the literature.
