Summary

This study integrates virtual high-throughput screening (vHTS) with steered molecular dynamics (SMD) to improve the identification of histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACIs). This combined approach enhances the discovery of potent drug candidates for cancer therapy by accounting for molecular flexibility.
