Symptoms of nerve dysfunction after hip arthroscopy: an under-reported complication?

Nerve dysfunction symptoms are common after hip arthroscopy (HA), with 46% reporting issues within 6 weeks. However, symptoms significantly decrease over time, with only 18% affected after one year. Traction time did not correlate with nerve dysfunction.
