Summary

Researchers developed Nanobody (Nb) display technology for lentivectors (LVs) as anti-cancer vaccines. Targeting conventional dendritic cells (DCs) alone showed less potent anti-tumor immune response than expected, suggesting broader antigen presenting cell (APC) activation is beneficial.
