High flow therapy versus hypertonic saline in bronchiolitis: randomised controlled trial.

Heated humidified high-flow nasal cannula (HHHFNC) did not show superiority over inhaled hypertonic saline solution (HSS) for moderate acute bronchiolitis. Both treatments yielded similar outcomes in respiratory distress, comfort, and hospital stay.
