N,N-dioctyldiglycolamic acid (DODGAA) efficiently extracts lanthanide ions, showing selectivity for heavier elements and superior separation capabilities compared to other extractants. The study confirms a 1:3 complex formation and successful stripping, with extracted ions being fully dehydrated.
